    • Enter your application number and password/date of birth to log in.
    • If you have forgotten your credentials, you can use the “Forgot Application Number” or “Forgot Password” option.

    • Download the admit card and take a clear printout on A4 size paper.

JEE Mains Eligibility Criteria 2025:

The eligibility criteria for JEE Mains 2025 have been updated. Here’s a quick overview:
  1. Age Limit: Candidates born on or after October 1, 2000, are eligible to appear for JEE Mains 2025.
  2. Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed their 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
  3. Number of Attempts: Students can appear for JEE Mains twice a year (January and April) for a total of 3 attempts. Therefore, candidates can attempt the exam in 2025, 2026, and 2027.

JEE Mains 2025: Latest Updates

Changes in Exam Pattern:

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has introduced a few changes in the JEE Mains 2025 exam pattern. Understanding these changes is essential to streamline your preparation.
  1. Mode of Examination: The JEE Mains 2025 will continue to be conducted in online mode, with Computer-Based Testing (CBT).
  2. Number of Papers: There will be two papers—Paper 1 (for B.E/B.Tech) and Paper 2 (for B.Arch/B.Planning).
  3. New Exam Structure: The exam will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) as well as numerical-based questions. The pattern and distribution of questions may differ from previous years.
  4. Duration: The exam duration will be 3 hours for Paper 1 and 3 hours for Paper 2.
  5. Negative Marking: There will be a negative marking for incorrect answers in MCQs and numerical-based questions.

JEE Mains 2025: Exam Pattern and Marking Scheme

The exam pattern for JEE Mains 2025 includes the following details:
  • Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech):
    1. Total Questions: 90 questions
      • Section A (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics): 20 questions each from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
      • Section B (Numerical-based Questions): 10 questions each from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (5 of these may be from the NCERT-based syllabus).
    2. Marking Scheme:
      • MCQs: 4 marks for each correct answer, -1 mark for an incorrect answer.
      • Numerical-based questions: 4 marks for each correct answer, no negative marking.
    3. Total Marks:300 marks
