And the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to be a game-changer in the premium segment. And the Samsung Galaxy S25 will be launched at Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event in San Francisco. Rumours have suggested that the Galaxy S25 series will debut at Samsung’s Galaxy event in San Francisco on January 22, 2025 and availability of the smartphones will begin about a month later, possibly on February 6. There is no official update on the price of the Ultra model from Samsung.
But speculations from industry insiders are that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra was launched at $1299 when it was powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen ELITE. So it is speculated that the addition of incremental features like the Snapdragon 8 Gen ELITE chip could lead to a price hike, although Samsung is yet to make an official announcement.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has dimensions of 162.8 x 77.6, thickness of 8.2mm and weight of 219 grams. This smartphone has “Corning Gorilla Armor Glass” on the front and “Corning Gorilla Armor” on the back, which is a titanium frame with grade 5. Along with this, it can use nano-SIM or eSIM or both simultaneously and 2 SIMs can be used at a time. And it has IP68 for dust/water resistance and stylus (Bluetooth Integration, Accelerometer and Gyro).

The display of Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X, 120Hz, HDR10+, 3000 nits (peak). And its size is 6.8 inches, 113.5 cm2 (~89.8% screen-to-body ratio) and resolution is 1440 x 3120 pixels, 19.5:9 ratio (~505 ppi density). And for display protection, there is Corning Gorilla Armor display.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Platform and Memory :
The OS (operating system) of Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is “Android 15“, UI 7 and with it 7 years of major Android upgrades. Talking about the chipset, it is Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen ELITE (3 nm), CPU : “Octa-core (2×4.19 GHz & 6×2.90 GHz)” and GPU : “Adreno 830 (1.25 GHz)”.
Along with this, in memory storage, internal storage is “256GB, 12GB RAM” or 512GB, 16GB RAM, or 1TB, 16GB RAM, or UFS 4.0. And there is no card slot.

And if we talk about selfie camera then it has 12 MP, f/2.2, 26mm (wide), Dual Pixel PDAF Module and HDR, HDR10+ features and in video 4K@30/60fps, 1080p@30fps features.
